All of your purchases made on the hatclub.com website and at our stores will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account or that you tell the sales associate your loyalty program details for your points to be added to your account. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be explicitly notified if a purchase does not count for points.

Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.

Voting is another cool way for you to earn points for free. If you answer questions that we ask you, you’ll get points awarded to your account. It’s super simple!

Achievements allow you to complete specific tasks and earn cool rewards upon completion. Take a look at all the available Achievements you have to complete and start ticking them off one by one to truly master the loyalty game by unlocking some amazing rewards. Each Achievement tells you what you need to do to unlock it and what rewards you will get once the Achievement is unlocked.

All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.

Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
