Our special edition themed pins are only for people who order the hat as a pre-order. It's an extra thank you for being so patient. If your order was a pre-order and your package didn't come with one please email the customer service team who can send you one.
We will keep you updated at key production stages:
1. Your order has been placed with New Era production.
2. Your order is half way through production.
3. Your order has been shipped from New Era production and is being picked and packed by our HC warehouse team.
4. Your order is now shipped from the HC warehouse and is en route to you.
